Your presence on Arythia is a privilege, not a right. Arythia is a strong community, with a friendly atmosphere, which we want to preserve. Listen to and obey staff members if they give orders. Do not lie to them about what other staff members have said to you. Deletion does not require a reason, and appeals regarding deletion should be sent to the implementors.

Arythia is a role-playing world. You are expected to act as appropriate for your character at all times, except on the ooc channel and in the ooc lounge over the center of the city. If you wish to discuss things outside of rp, either do so in tells, in the ooc lounge, or find a private part of the world where you won't bother rp'ers.

PK, or player killing, is strongly disapproved of, even though it is technically permitted for clans at this point in time. The staff would rather not see any pk.

Logging in from more than one account at the same time, logging in with multiple players from the same account, or helping your own characters with other characters you own is not permitted by any arrangement, including drafting others to hold things for you while you switch characters.

Kill stealing is not permitted. You may not attack a mob someone else is fighting unless you are invited to do so. Also, avoid attacking fleeing or wounded mobs, unless you were the one to wound them in the first place.

Power levelling is not permitted. You may not help others to advance in level by nearly killing mobs for them and then abandoning the fight so that the other person gets the experience. Arythia really isn't about levelling anyway, but about role playing and having fun.

Harassment will not be tolerated. Harassment includes, but is not limited to, making unwanted advances towards other players, misusing socials and/or emotes towards them, and badgering them on channels and/or in tells. In general, harrassment is persisting in unwanted behavior towards someone else. If people ask you to leave them alone, please do so.

Use channels properly, keeping ooc discussions on ooc channels and ic discussions on ic channels. We are here for role-playing, and constant discussion of levels, getting and finding gear, and discovering areas should be solved through rp if possible. Constant discussion of game mechanics without reason is discouraged because it disrupts the rp atmosphere.

Make sure to quit when you leave instead of disconnecting. Disconnecting can be hazardous to your existance because it can sometimes distort player files. Expect a rebuke at the very least if you constantly chose to disconnect instead of quitting. Most likely, stronger measures will be taken.

Cheating is not tolerated. Cheating includes accepting favors and spells from staff as well as exploiting bugs. If you find a bug, report it and earn your 10 gp reward, then do not use the bug.
